“Therapy” means therapy to be undertaken at home which is prescribed or recommended by a—
(a) registered –
(i) doctor;
(ii) nurse; or
(iii) pharmacist; or
(b) health professional regulated by the Health Professions Council.

If it has been prescribed or recommended by a health care professional then you can argue that it is, whether it is accepted or not will depend on the Decision Maker at the time.

What about group therapy sessions for MH, given not at home but a local NHS building?
