its the pip payment they keep telling me ill get a call back and don't three times now they told me I will get a call and havnt
I just spoke to them 15;00 pm and was told they cant tell me why I didn't receive a call and would receive one this afternoon 4th july and it could take another 2 to 3 week's
I cant honestly survive much longer ive had n pip from dec2015 that's 7 month's and no esa for the last 8 week's
Its getting now I'm not able to use the car or buy essential items
I've never in my life been in this position all for being i'll
I cant see why they cant sort it out they told me there nothing stopping them .
is there a complaint procedure ?
thank's again

i called dwp /pip yesterday and after 25 minutes wait and 10 minutes explaining
I asked if I could put in a formal complaint . I was told to hang on another 10 minutes . which I did and when they came back on the phone I was told .
everything as been sorted out and a payment went out today ? and it will be back to normal from now on payments should be with you Friday ?
so today Wednesday esa promised 100% ESA to be sorted and back dated ?
Friday pip said everything will be back to normal ?
i do really hope it is fingers crossed
then ive got the rigmarole of sorting out rent , car , bills , the debt its put in , people who lent me and i suppose the stress and anxiety is all free from the dwp
i still feel as if i have been treated unfairly and don't feel 100% confident in them but what can you do ?
we will see ,
