I received a letter today from tribunal service it says
appeal adjourned
Members of this tribunal are excluded from future involvement in this appeal ?
The appeal was adjourned because I was struggling to breath and needed medical help
I. .Even though he had said to carry on in my absence it was not in the interest of justice to do so ?
The tribunal would benefit form from asking questions how illnesses affect him ?
He can still have a paper hearing but its in his best interest to attend hearing ?
what do you think
thank you

It's a decision that only you can make. Attending is likely to improve your chances, but doing so will also result in the panel making assumptions about your capabilities.

why not got straight to tribunal ? save government thousands instead of paying atos / capita
thank you Gordon

I'm tempted as my life and head as been upside down with pip and esa since dec 2015 nine and half month's now seems never ending

Have they explained the on what basis you would be able to claim Income Support, it's not a straight replacement for ESA you can only make a claim if you meet specific criteria.
