2 years ago I was awarded PIP thanks to the help of these great moderators until March 2017.
Today that dreaded brown envelope arrived, which I was quite shocked . I know they send them out early but do you think they are jumping the gun here?
Thanks in anticipation

I'm sorry that this came as such a nasty shock to you. I'm afraid that it is DWP practice to start the PIP reassessment a full year ahead of time
I have just answered a very similar question here Please take note of my comments re treating this reassessment the same way you did the initial claim.

Today not even 3 weeks since I posted it I have been given a home assessment next week, unfortunately I have other appointments on this date so I contacted Atos and re-arranged a new one second week in June.
Don't you think that this appointment was very very quick considering the time scale some members have had to wait ?
To be perfectly honest I was surprised.
Also will they have checked my notes on the last award and compared them to this application ?♿️

Three weeks isn't that unusual.
It's not impossible that they will refer back to your last award, but it is quite unlikely that it will happen.
