Replied by citymike on topic ESA they have caught up with me.
I spoke to a charming lady at DWP on Wednesday pm, and asked for a copy of assessors report. She asked me to hold on while she printed it off and said she would get it sent off to me.
It arrived in this mornings post. Great Service.
The report says that work is unlikely in the longer term. As I reach pension age in 3 years I am hoping this might be my last time.
The assessor also says that evidence considered was Med3, GP letter, Consultant letter and also report from 2011 and 2012.. Do you think they have used my previous records.

It's not impossible, but we do regularly hear from members that none of the information quoted in these letters actually exists!
You can request copies of these items, try ring but if that fails make a Subject Access Request.

I waited for five and a half months, it's so stressful and I feel for you, as I do everyone else who's lives are controlled by the DWP!
