on the assessors report, she has said that I 'did NOT report significant functional problems' - on ALL the questions
I never noticed it before
it seems to be nonsense since I reported many difficulties
also
I don't drive
I have to get someone else to drive me
so
should I focus on my problems and how they match the descriptors
or the descriptors and how they cause me problems
sorry if I am being dim

Always bring your conditions and limitations to the Descriptors, these are defined in law and whilst there is some wiggle room in their interpretation trying to make them do something that they are not written to include will only result in a failure to score points.

my head is 'exploding'
it is now 8am and I have nothing 'formed' into a document
each time I try I drown in it all
and now time is running out and that is screaming in my head
and I will need to get this to post office this morning and will need to spend time contacting mh team and TS and that could take ages too
and it is all adding more need for self damaging behaviours just to cope
and I am only writing this because I needed to step away from all the bits of paper
and I know none of you can do this for me
this is horrible
I am trying not to write too much as they already have tons of information on my forms/letters and info from my mh professionals
so I try to write simple points but then they grow and grow

are the social security regs, 2013, still the most current? I don't want to quote them and find out they have been superseded
phew
I think I am getting there
but it is messing my head up big time
