no
I meant attaching it to the appeal form
it doesn't matter
I don't know what I will end up doing
I doubt it actually matters

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

You don't need to attach the MR submission to the SSCS1 form, you don't have to go into much detail to register your appeal.
A while later you will be sent a 'bundle' of papers which include everything you have sent to DWP and everything DWP has produced. You will also be sent a copy of DWP's argument. It might be that your MR submission is still 100% relevant, in which case you can use this as your appeal submission. Or you might feel that you need to alter it in order to counter a DWP argument. In which case you should, of course, do so.
The appeal panel will start from scratch and look at all your evidence. They will also want to ask you about how you are affected on a day to day basis - you will be your own 'evidence'. The Tribunal Service is totally independent of DWP and appeal successes are frequent.

oh my goodness the tribunal pack from dwp has just arrived and my head is screaming all sorts
so they say to the tribunal that they oppose the appeal and want it tribunal service to dismiss it
I am HOPING this is their standard response and wont be upheld
although right now I want to run screaming from the whole planet
I hate them
they are arguing that the planning and following journeys descriptor d is all about cognition etc and that because of my former life as a decent working functioning human being proves I have no such impairment then it cannot apply
I am so stressed out I am shaking and crying and this is only a letter
if descriptor d is only about that then they should say so on the damn form
they should say
WE ARE ONLY GOING TO SUPPORT PEOPLE WITH A PHYSICAL/COGNITIVE IMPAIRMENT
and that if you live your life trapped by your stupid mental head then that is just tough
this is going to be a complete waste of time
why did I ever ever ever ever think I could fight these evil prejudiced forces
I hate the world and my goodness I hate myself even more

Yes, it's a standard response.
Have a look at the PIP Claim guide, the issues regarding the Descriptors for the Going Out activity are discussed in some detail.

what happens next?
do I need to work out some sort of argument and send it to tribunal service?
I don't feel up to this at the moment
has anyone else argued the mental health mobility battle and won?
I have read the guides a few times but cant remember and so will have to read them again but cant deal with it at the moment
I was going to approach the CAB for help as I walked past this morning but couldn't even face going in the door
all I see is lots of distress and the outcome going against me anyway
