another question, sorry
when talking about following the route of a journey, will they say that not being able to be shut in eg lifts or having issues around automatic swipe card doors - will be 'being in a place' and therefore not part of a journey
also how early should I arrive?

You can mention these problems but I doubt that they will contribute significantly to your scoring points, they will take the view that not all or even most journeys will have these requirements and that there are likely to be alternate routes that you could use where you would not be faced with these challenges.
"how early should I arrive? "
Are you talking about an assessment or in regard to your following a route?

I am now scared they will just try to take away my current award
my head is arguing so much its making me spin
- navigate - follow - prompt - da da da da
if there is anyone else out there with tribunal tips, please I would be very grateful
although I know each of our cases is different
