does anyone know when this is going to be implemented
If they can't get us one way they'll try another!!!
It's a consultation and nothing more at this time.

Can anyone tell me if they will text me to say they received it
and how many days till I receive the text.
Also why on earth are the royal mail allowed to open it
Isn't that a huge violation of data protection act?
In the grip of the DWP trauma and anxiety!!!!
Godspeed and blessings to all those fellow travelers
on this demented path....

Sometimes claimants get a text to say that the form has arrived but it does seem to be erratic. I don't know how long you could expect to wait for such a message - maybe other members can comment from their experience.
Royal Mail employees who open the post are under confidentiality agreements, just the same as DWP staff would be.

I'm afraid it's just a standard message.

Do hope that you're feeling as OK as possible. Just the waiting to find if you have to go for Assessment is stressful and scary. Sending you "The Vibes" for a positive outcome without having to go for assessment! But if the worst happens just go and do the best you can - you still have 2 further steps (MR and Tribunal) that you can follow up on.
Of course this is easy for me to say as my husband has done lots of the paperwork for me (my handwriting is illegible!) and also photocopying of documents for my records. And he's done all the phoning too.
Anyway, just wanted to look in on you and wish you Good Luck.
Best wishes from Liverpool, Maggie
