Just an update to say that I recently received the decision letter and my support group status has been renewed, which is a huge relief. As always the B & W guides were extremely helpful.
It's worth saying that in all fairness, the assessor at my WCA was sympathetic and actually listened to me. I know this is down to the luck of the draw of who you get on the day, but it does show that there are some decent ones out there. The report is mostly pretty accurate, with only a couple of mistakes, and they appear to be genuine errors rather than an attempt at recording misinformation. Thank goodness I can now breathe more easily for a while!

Is there a time limit on requesting a copy of the LT54? I didn't know you could ask for a copy of the Decision Maker's report until I saw it mentioned on here recently (I do have a copy of the ESA85). My assessment was in December. If it's still possible to get a copy of the LT54 I will certainly do so.

Try contacting the DWP office dealing with your claim, if it has been moved to offsite storage then you may need to make a Subject Access Request.
