Not coping very well, really need some help

I got a voicemail earlier this morning from the ESA informing me that the claim has been closed as per request of my adviser due to non attendance and to get in contact with the jobcentre.

I called back to speak to someone who has confirmed the claim has been closed and that I need to go the jobcentre, nothing could be done on their end. Although I requested to speak to a manager I put to a team leader who reiterated the same thing - go direct to the jobcentre asap, there's nothing that can be done. I mentioned the part you said about the personal allowance etc and she still refused to do anything except tell me to go into the jobcentre. They "cannot send out a decision letter as it showing as closed and dormant on the system". I tried to call my adviser at the jobcentre but she's not in today, what's the next step, a complaint?

I just contacted the jobcentre to speak to another adviser who told me it has been closed by the other office, nothing they could do, berated me for showing up for appointments and told me I could call back to speak to my adviser tmr...

Thanks for all your help, yh I don't know what's going on, feeling like i'm being given the run around...
