That's great news redrobbie, thanks for letting us know
It can take up to 8 weeks for DWP to action this decision but you might be able to speed this up by sending them a copy of your Decision Notice.
There is no direct relationship between ESA and PIP. Although many people are on both benefits it is entirely possible for some people to be on one and not qualify for the other. There is certainly nothing to prevent you from applying for PIP (as long as the problem has been present for 3 months and expected to last for a further 9 ).
A PIP claim would trigger a PIP2 from to complete in detail, including sending copies of supporting information, even if DWP have already seen it as the 2 departments do not collaborate. It is possible that another face2face assessment would be needed too.

Hi All,
It has now been 7 weeks since the Tribunal success however we have yet to receive any formal response from DWP. My mother has still been getting the lower rate of ESA and the advisor's at DWP whom I call to every 2 weeks keep saying its in a process....Is this the norm?
Is there anything to worry about?
Thanks Again.

We would expect the DWP to action the results of a Tribunal in 5-8 weeks, I would give them one last call and then get he MP involved, you might also want to make a complaint to the DWP over the time it has taken.
Contacting your MP
Complaining to the DWP
