I posted a question earlier today regarding my PIP payment as I have been granted the lower lever care component for the second time. I am diagnosed with a bulg in the lower spine, osteoarthritis Arthiris of the spine hips and knees and Fibromyalgia. I am also diagnosed with depression where I often feel quite anxious. I am prescribed Citalapram and my medication is managed by my GP. I am told I do not have anxiety as I don't have medication (I do) and I am not with the mental health team. I am also told that because I am now over 64 the law says I cannot be granted the higher level of care and I cannot be granted the mobility component. My mobility has deteriorated since my last claimand was wondering where would I find the answer as I would like to appeal and I have to do this within a month of my letter (27th September) Would it be posted on the members forum or sent to be via email.
