can anybody advise me whether there is anything I can do about this,
I sent my ESA review form to Capita on the 9th February 2016 and today I have received a letter saying that I have to attend a medical on the 2nd November 2016.
it seems to me that this is too long a period (approx 9 months I have waited) to then be told to attend a medical, are there any time restrictions, rules etc that apply to this.
