Hi All Have been helping a local lady with her PIP - she requested home visit and was refused - told she had to get a Drs note saying couldnt make it to assessment centre which she did and posted. They said they never got it so she re sent it via Recorded delivery and they are saying still not had it. I said she needs to check the recorded delivery tracker she has but what does she do if it is lost or they have had it but saying not had it - poor lady is beside herself but cannot travel for assessment.
