hi need some help regarding my mothers PIP. her appeal has been refused and wanted help on options and if we can re appeal. my mother is suffering and uses 2 crutches as well as wheelchair and is in considerable pain.
however we have only been awarded from 0 points to 4 points at the appeal. however i feel this is not enough and is not a true reflection.

I'm sorry to hear that your mother's appeal was unsuccessful.
I'm afraid her options are limited. She cannot appeal further on the basis that the Decision is incorrect, only on the because she believes that there has been an Error of Law and this process can take the best part of a year with no guarantee of success. See
As an alternative (or in parallel) she can make a new claim for PIP, but she need to give some thought to addressing the issues that prevented her scoring more points if she is to avoid this happening again.
