We've only had two members report going through a reassessment with the new AR1 form.
One ticked no change and received an extended award, the other ticked no change for most of the activities and deterioration for the rest for which they supplied new evidence, they again had the award extended. The current PIP Claim guide discusses the issues of sending or not sending additional evidence with the new form.
You should only need to include the operation that has occurred since you last award was made.
