Thanks for your advice. I just have a form 1043, so I will just put no change and put my additional prescriptions on. I hate having this awful pit in my stomach I had 2 years ago when I first got the award. It is so tough knowing that if you don't fill it in correctly, they could just bin it. It is an awful process for everyone to go through. I thought I would have peace until next October, but no. Many thanks
