I recently completed my pip application (before I new about your amazing site) I believe I didn't fully understand question Q13 and filled it in incorrectly. Can I explain what I have done and then give my correct answer into a letter to the Mandatory reconcideration. I got 10 points for moving around and enhanced daily living. You have nothing to lose by trying, you will certainly need to explain what has happened in detail as Decision Makers prefer a claimants first statements on their limitations to any subsequent statements.
You don't say what the "mistake" was or whether you meet the criteria for the Going Out activity so I can't really offer any additional advice at the moment.
