It is very unusual for the Assessment Provider (Capita in your case) to want a second assessment - which I think is partly why Gordon and I were confused!
I'm afraid I cannot offer any suggestions for why they might want to see you again

Forgive me but I am still not sure what is going on. Can you confirm.
The IIDB has nothing to do with your question?
You have had one assessment for PIP and Capita have now asked to do a second one?
Is this correct?

OK Thanks for explaining. It's very unusual for the there to be a requirement to re-do an assessment report, where we have seen it the reason has been that the original report failed audit, if this is the case then Capita may be unwilling to admit that this has happened.
