I have had an overpayment taken from my ESA which I was notified by the Debt Management, has now stopped and is fully repaid, yet the deductions are continuing, after lengthy and costly phone calls to both the Debt management and ESA/Income support, who assure me, they will stop as it is a computer glitch, they havent, I have now written several letters and still months on I am being ignored and £8.90 is being taken weekly from ESA, what do I do now?

Contact the DWP again and ask for the issue to be escalated to a manager, this will require a call back.
