Just to let you know, I was put in the SG, the letter i received didnt say how long or how many points i scored, I was just relieved i dont have to go through all the appeals process again like last year. Thank you so much for being able to answer my questions

ESA awards are indefinite with regular reassessment, the prognosis from ESA85 assessment report is used to set the date of your reassessment, contact the DWP office dealing with your claim and they should be able to tell you the date.
