HI Im new to this site, I currently get DLA & IS due to being ' a danger to myself and/or others and should be supervised at all times', I've never had a medical and generally have been left alone. I now have to move on to ESA and I saw there is a 'substantial risk category, does anyone have experience of being assessed as this? My circumstances haven't changed and in some ways are worse and have people who can write in support of that. Cheers
