despite 3 separate physical letters being sent, it appears - mysteriously - none has been received where it's needed.
Just had a phone call from Capita (!?) saying a copy needs to be sent to another address (which was not recorded anywhere on any form) or it will never be reviewed.
So the moral here is letters trying to rearrange assessments need to go to special - hidden - addresses.
Just for reference, all the addresses for Wolverhampton were "WV99", *this* one is "WV98" ....
