Ok. I’m obviously a bit nervous about having to go through the whole thing again but at least I know the way they tick now!!
I just thought this was a bit unusual but maybe not then? When I complained to Atos, I just didn’t expect this outcome at all. Not sure if it’s a good or bad thing really?
