It’s a snowball effect my anxieties become worse because my disability becomes worse and vice versa my stress level is through the roof and I have been known to keep putting off appointments because I panic and Therefore I don’t go out unless I can go in a car but who could validate this for me I just don’t know

It's important to understand that if you don't have cognitive or sensory problems, then your scoring higher is tied to your showing that you have "overwhelming psychological distress", this is far more severe than anxiety or panic and you will need to provide evidence that you have this level of distress.

Have you spoken to your GP?

Whilst you and others continue to describe your problems as anxiety then you are unlikely to be successful, also, you mention a deterioration of your conditions, this cannot be taken into account in the MR. you will need to show you had this level of problem when the Decision was made.
