Not suspended anything so far, but that does concern me. Not sure how to advice her?
I'm afraid there is little advice that I can give, she has to make any decision to progress it or not.
She can try withdrawing the notice of Change on the basis that the deterioration was not sustained but the DWP may still take the view that some form of change has occurred and that she needs to be reassessed.
