Hi, almost 12 weeks ago we sent back the PIP review form. We now have an OT and social services backing up the claim. So given we might get the response from the DWP very soon, which would make sending this new evidence superfluous, should we send now in the hope the review hasn't been seen yet or wait for the outcome and send it with the mandatory reconsideration? If we are to send it now, which department address should it be send to? Thanks in advance for advice
Yes, you can send it in. There's no telling when your form will be looked at. Attach a letter saying to add it to your review information. Don't forget to add your name and NI number on each sheet. Send it to the address on the letter that came with the review form.
