phoned the dwp this morning surprise surprise they haven't got a letter or heard from the tribunal service so asked me to send them a copy of the decision notice to sort out my benefits, there so quick to stop your benefits but take so long to give you back what you've proved you deserve.

I'm just wondering if the Tribunals Service use one postal service to send decision notices to appellants, and another less reliable service for the DWP?

I called my DWP office last Friday (2 weeks after my tribunal hearing) and they didn't even know I had a date for my hearing or that I'd won! I was told it can take 8-10 weeks to get backdated money paid to you.

Hi Chew and jkw10, well done for sorting it out early. It took me ages cos I don't like phoning people like the DWP!

(Derek, have you had a birthday?)

I think they probably don't put stamps on letters to the DWP! Or they use pigeons!
