You could try contacting Jobcentreplus and ask if they have a copy, but I think it's unlikely it would be kept for six years.
I don't think the explanation of your problems that you gave in 2005 would be very relevant though. As well as being six years old it was for the PCA which is a different test. It would be best if you provide up-to-date information that's relevant to the WCA descriptors, which are fully explained in the ESA guides.
