Then why do some of the ATOS Medical Centres have no wheelchair access to their facilites, ie Croydon. Is that not a physical barrier!

Does this apply to WFI appointments at a Jobcentre?
I am hoping our jobcentre they have instructed me to visit has
1. an accesible disabled toilet.
2. carparking out side or within 50 mtrs
3. facility for a wheelchair to enter the building and place to be seated in the wheelchair.

You can request the documents used to make the Decision on your claim, see

Gordon,
My apologies for not replying sooner but most of the time my brain is mush and pain precludes me from going on the net. Thank you for your kind post and have now read the pdf and have written to DWP requesting docs and I have also appealed.
Again many thanks in this troubled time,
S1aughtered
