i was looking on page 44 coping with change & was totally confused.

im confused often tho :)

could i please ask one more question about this.

when you say "you need supervision at least occasionally – but please note, we think that even if you don’t get supervision you may be eligible for points"

is this just B&W opinion & not an actual rule/law as it is with DLA?

This is a B&W opinion, there is currently no case law in this area for ESA.
