Which goes to prove that the vast majority of DLA appeals find in favour of the appellant and that they are truly independent judicial decisions, and not a rubber stamp of a what the DWP Decision Maker previously decided.

Anyone not happy with a DWP decision on any social security, don't ask for a 'reconsideration' , go directly for appeal using Appeal against a benefit decision (leaflet GL24)
