Medical Notes for appeal

Ask the DWP to obtain the requisite medical evidence.

You should stress to the DWP that in order for a valid medical assessment to be made, a "qualified" healthcare professional within Atos should contact your GP and/or Consultants for further information.

Yay result my surgery have now let me have my records for Nothing so relieved can now post them off to the DM and that with my phyciatric report should tell them in two minutes what an ATOS representative failed to see

You have done well though to get them free of charge, as there is generally some fee to pay.
