Hi Del
If you are called in again to the job centre or if they try to place you on a work programme do not forget to request `Reasonable adjustments' for your disabilities. Whilst you have tests going on ect., you may wish to speak to your GP re the pressure you feel you are under form the job centre and although they have given you three months before re-contacting you, that is only 12 weeks, which is not long when you are going through further changes, the gp may be able to write a supporting letter.

I know it is very very stressful which is not good for your health but it may be worth making appt with your local CAB officer or if there is a welfare officer in your area and asking for support to see if you can appeal to be placed into support group. Dont wait for the three months to pass by.

Take care and remeber you are not alone in all the changes, we all no what we are all going through and it hurts, but we are all here to try to help each other :)
