I was dreadfully saddened on reading your post, I note all the comments from members and the mods but, feel that this could happen to any of us, if u live alone and are rushed into hospital as an emergency, the last thing on your mind would be "is a brown envelope sitting on my doormat." I think your sad situation should be brought to the attention of the press or your local radio, it must not go unchallenged, in the system, as this could happen to any one of us.
