Late ESA form + medical help

Like you, but for different reasons, I am unable to stand for long. If I need to lie on the floor I do so - no matter where I am!

Thank you Bro and Hurtyback! Well good news is - it's been decided I don't need a medical due to my form. Very glad I asked your advice as the lady checked the cancellation of the medical was in writing...and they'd 'forgotten to send it'. Now to wait and see what the decision is...I was told this takes around '4-6 weeks'.

It will be either The WRAG or The SG in that case, as you cannot be found fit for work without first having a face to face assessment.

I hope it is The SG, please keep us updated by replying to this topic.
