:( My PIP 2 assessment came back. I was awarded living 6 points from 27 points and mobility 10 points down from 22 points.

Off to request the HP report and MR.

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

If you do not have the Assessment report from previoius assesment you should also make a request for your document, known as a "subject access request" from the DWP
form can be downloaded from here

www.gov.uk/government/publications/dwp-r...sonal-informationyou can then argue tgat your conditions fff=& functionality have not changed and also submit the documents as evidence in a appeal.
DWP may not neccessarily include in their submission these docs. which will mean FTT could think that current assessment is a new claim not a change in award. I think change of award the onus is on DWP to justify and prove.

Thank you so much Bill, that is really helpful to me. I have those documents so will photocopy them. I hadn't thought of that.

I'm doing a daily diary at the moment as that's all I have to go on but now this thanks to you x
