Hi to all,

Should I phone or not phone that is the question!

After not having to attend an f2f, its been 5 weeks since maximus sent of their report to the dwp.

Should I give dwp a tinkle?

or should I just wait until eventually they notify me of my outcome?

Also are there delays with the DM's decision?

final note, if not having an f2f, id assume I can get the assessors report esa80 or is it the esa80a ?

Five weeks is at the upper limit of what we would expect, there are no delays that we are aware of with the Decision part of the process.

The DWP have a reputation for poor communication of Decisions for ESA, so if you want my opinion, call them.
