ESA. DLAS; AA was created by prf80
Currently I receive DLA high rate care; DLA low rate mobility; and ESA - support group. However, in a few days time, I will be 65. How does this affect my benefits? Can I base my claim for Attendance Allowance on my current benefits? From prf80

Hi and Welcome to the forum, you might want to have a look at the following FAQ which explains where everything is

Welcome to Benefits and Work

In case you are not aware, your real name appears to be showing in the forum, if you want to change this then follow the instructions in the following FAQ

My full name is showing, how can I stop it?

Your ESA will end when your State Retirement Pension starts to be paid.

Although you would not be able to make a new claim for PIP, you will still be 'invited' to claim PIP at some stage as you are in receipt of DLA. The process is very much behind schedule!

If your PIP claim is refused you would be able to make a new claim for AA. Please be aware that there are only 2 levels of AA daily living award and no mobility element.

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems
