TOPIC: Tribunal waiting

Tribunal waiting 1 month 1 week ago #195562

I have been told since week 11 that when i reach near week 16 ( which i am now at) the waiting time has gone up to 17/18 weeks. That, that is when I will be seen by the tribunal. I have now been informed that is when i will receive my letter. I am seriously loosing the plot and the will to carry on. I have bpd and epilepsy, and have proved beyond reasonable doubt I have a waisting shin and fused foot. I am in the luton area, can anyone say whether it is better to opt for the oral or just paper tribunal. I have emailed them my concern's and used my MP too. I feel they are pushing me over the edge :(

If you have involved your MP then there is little else that you can do. Would your GP be willing to write a short letter explaining that you conditions are deteriorating because of the delay?

I believe I will be seen and Disable Resource Center Dunstable, I have been told that once I recieve the letter I could wait now up to 4 weeks, and they won't consider MP email or my offer of taking any date and any notice. Does anyone know really the wait time for the up place??

Well I have my tribunal date as the 14th of September. I have the Atos face to face report my original write up the mandatory reconsideration explanation, and the DWP reason's asking the tribunal why not to consider my appeal. I also have my Descriptors ready and explanations as to why I believe i need them. Is there anything else anyone thinks I should do? Appearance, bring someone with me? Letters from people who know me? I do not want to over load them with too much.

Sue

Your information needs to be with the Tribunal Service no later than seven days before the hearing of you risk it be excluded.

Thanks Gordon, I sent in alot of extra information prior to getting the date. Neurologists letters, x rays consultants letter's about my triple foot fusion and my psychiatrist with care plan and medication etc, also a lot of proof where they did not actually do tests on me for lower movements etc. Scared I may of sent in too much. Like information overload, but I feel I covered everything. Just wondered if there is anything I should consider, should I take the whole bundle of papers?? Dress code?? and someone with me my friend who is now classed as next of kin, as I have no family left.
