Yes you are entitled to back payment of the WRAG component from the beginning of week 14 of your claim to day 365 (365 - (13 x 7 = 91) = 274 / 7 = 39 weeks & 1 day).minus any WRAG payments you actually received.

To be moved to the SG you will need to show that you meet one or more of the SG Descriptors, these are explained in detail in the ESA Claim guides.
