I'm after a bit of guidance. I am on income related ESA and am in the support group. A couple of months back I called up the DWP to find out what prognosis they had for me as I have recently been diagnosed with Peripheral Neuropathy & Ataxia and wasn't sure whether I needed to report the changes as it is a result of the illness I am on ESA for anyway. The lady I spoke to advised that there is an end date of December on their system and that I would be called in for reassessment as a result. My worry is that my ESA will stop around about now if there is an end date, even before I have a reassessment. I have a PIP assessment a week on Monday but have heard nothing regarding ESA yet.
I'm getting myself in a total state worrying as I will be totally stuck for Christmas if this is the case and I need to feed my little girl.
