Perhaps it would be good to have some of this information in your guides?
Where can we find the 'legal test' information that you kindly give us? I know CPAG publish all kinds of materials...would it be in one of its publications? It would be very helpful to have this information to hand.

I do not understand this at all. I'm normally considered to be someone who is clever at researching information but I cannot find in the PIP claim guide where it illustrates the legal test for planning a journey. I've looked high and low several times and I am sure other members must have a problem with this too.
Could you just be more specific please and let us know which page number I should be looking at and I take its in the general PIP claim guide or in another document under PIP.? I've not seen the words "legal test" but rather legal definition and then there are the general definitions.
I'm very much confused and I come from a family where we are top academics so! I throw my hands up in despair! Any help at all on this would really help ...I'm at the end of my tether...Thanking you in advance for your patience and tenacity as always
