Hi, please can you help me with another query. About for months ago my daughter successfully transferred transferred from DLA to PIP enchanted for both parts. Can you tell me if changing bank account and change of address would constitute a change of circumstances and thus a new PIP assessment? Thank you.

No it should not result in a reassessment, it's just an administrative change.
