Some time ago Employment Support Allowance was in the news. It was said that people who have been in the support group of ESA with long term conditions that were unlikely to change should be exempt from attending future ESA health assessments. Does anyone know if this process has started? If you have been told you are exempt from future assessments I would like to know when they told you and how. I guess it would have been soon after the assessment and by letter. I may have got the whole thing wrong and this process of exemption from assessment has not yet started.

Nothing has changed to date, it apparently will happen this year, but what and when has not been disclosed.
