Is this still OK or is it necessary to use wet ink..?

Thanks

It is still perfectly acceptable to use the PDF form and print it out.

I'm battered and bruised, but the ESA50 was posted.

If I'm put in the work related activity group I will definitely appeal, however I heard there were plans to make this time limited is that the case?

In other words if someone is put in the WRAG are they miraculously healed by DWP after 1 year?

Well done for getting the form sent. I would check with the DWP that they have received it.

Payment of any Contribution Based ESA is already limited to 365 days for claimants not in the Support Group, however, if you are also eligible for Income Related ESA then your payments can be continued.

They've had my ESA50 form for many weeks I've heard absolutely nothing. Not even an acknowledgement. Being kept in suspense is causing misery and impacting on my health.

I don't feel comfortable talking to the outsourcing companies. DWP can't tell me anything. My MP is a Tory who has consistently down-voted benefits so I doubt that's worth pursuing.

Is there any course of action you would recommend?

Incidentally I couldn't find my thread via the posting history on my profile, as post pages 2 and onwards were broken.
