Hi
I'm my sisters appointee and she has severe learning disabilities. If my sister will not participate in the grip test and the other tests asked, will this go against her ? When she has her f2f.

Although your sister must attend any face to face assessment, as her appointee you can answer on her behalf. If any of the physical examinations would cause her pain or distress then she or you can refuse, just make sure that you explain why.
