very interesting dla to pip

Had my home consultation last last week. Had a phone call today 'withheld' answered it, it was a 'satisfaction of assessment on how assessors were performing' also how can DWP improve consultations. My answer was very long, instructive and went into failings with the snap shot analysis of "how your condition affects you". To cut a long story short, told them what I thought!! was on the phone longer than the assessment. I said the test did not relate to all my injuries and in particular to my claim form which took weeks to complete and wasn't allowed to expand to get my point across. Very one sided from a general drop down box. Requested that assessors be responsible for recording their assessment, after all, we have to provide medical reports, tell our story, the assessment is healthcare professionals responsibility. I said had already prepared my MR and appeal to get my side of the story told!!! Thank you moderators, this site is wonderful, all the information provided fired me up. Will get a shock if I get a good result, but not holding much hope. x
