ESA re-assessment time line was created by john532
Hi all, I would like to thank the moderators of this forum for the detailed advice given to everyone's queries .. I have one that i can't second guess ... I sent back my ESA re-assessment form over 10 weeks ago & have heard nothing from the DWP since. I have been in the support group since May 2016 & was wondering if maybe they have done a paper based assessment & left me on it without letting me know .. Is this wishful thinking & is 10 weeks or more the norm before I hear anything ???

It is more likely that Maximus, the Assessment Provider for ESA has delays in the assessment process for your area.

Contact Maximus, they may be able to give you an idea of the delay they will also be able to tell you if they have made a recommendation on your claim.
